Prices

The prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted by Premier Plumbing Ltd and a purchase contract is formed, the price of the product cannot be changed unless agreed upon by both the purchaser and Premier Plumbing Ltd in writing or by email.
Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a product price may be incorrectly displayed on the website. If the correct price of a product is lower than the stated price on the website, we will proceed with the order and refund the price difference if applicable. Availability

Premier Plumbing Ltd will either provide a full refund for the unavailable product or place the goods on backorder. Shipping costs for backorders will be incurred by Premier Plumbing Ltd.

Delivery Insurance
The delivery insurance fee is optional for selected products but recommended, as we will replace any damaged or lost items in transit free of charge. If you choose not to opt for the optional freight protection fee and a product is damaged or lost in transit, please be aware that delays may occur while investigating the cause, liability, and communicating with transport providers. Delivery insurance covers goods dispatched from our warehouse to your designated delivery address that are damaged or lost in transit. All deliveries should be checked upon receipt of your order, and claims for delivery insurance can only be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must notify Premier Plumbing Ltd within one business day of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit, cancellations or changes to orders will not be accepted.
